Acceptance
By accessing or using iamartisan.dev (the 'site'), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the site is
iamartisan.dev is a collection of free developer utilities that run entirely in your browser. No account, registration, or payment is required. There is no server-side processing of the content you put into any tool — your data stays on your device.
No warranty
All tools are provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Output from any tool (formatted JSON, generated passwords, decoded tokens, hash values, regex matches, cron schedules, converted images, etc.) may contain bugs or edge-case errors. Always verify results before relying on them in production, security, legal, or financial contexts.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any tool output. This includes but is not limited to data loss, security incidents, incorrect calculations, and lost profits. Use of the site is at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the site itself (denial-of-service, scraping with intent to mirror, attempting to exploit vulnerabilities). You are responsible for any content you enter into a tool, including making sure you have the right to process it.
Third-party services
The site loads Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), Google Analytics 4 for anonymous aggregate traffic measurement, and may display ads via Google AdSense. See the Privacy Policy for details. The author is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.
Intellectual property
The site's design, code, and branding belong to the author. Output generated by running tools (e.g. a UUID you generate, a hash of your input, a formatted version of your own JSON) is yours to use freely. The tools themselves may not be copied wholesale and rehosted without permission.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change without prior notice. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
The author may restrict or remove access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the author's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
