Privacy Policy

The short version
iamartisan.dev does not collect, store, or transmit the content you put into any tool. No accounts, no server-side processing, no session recording. Every tool runs entirely in your browser. Aggregate, anonymous traffic stats are measured via Google Analytics 4 — see the section below for details and how to opt out.
Local storage
Your tool history is stored in IndexedDB (a browser database) on your own device. This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can clear it at any time using the clear-history button in any tool's sidebar, or by clearing your browser data.
Preferences
Your theme preference (dark/light mode) and cookie consent are stored in localStorage on your device. These values stay local and are not transmitted anywhere.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We load Google Analytics 4 to measure anonymous aggregate traffic — which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are coming from. GA4 records page views, device/browser type, and approximate (country/region-level) geolocation derived from IP. It does NOT receive any content you type, paste, or generate inside a tool — inputs, outputs, and tool data never leave your browser. To opt out, use a content blocker such as uBlock Origin, enable Do Not Track, or use a browser that blocks third-party analytics by default.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for session/visitor aggregation. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting beyond what GA4 does by default. Tool data itself is stored only in localStorage and IndexedDB on your device.
Third-party services
Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic measurement (see above). Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — serves JetBrains Mono and Geist; Google may log the IP making the request per their own privacy policy. No other external services are used. No ads, no trackers beyond GA4, no error-reporting SaaS.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the 'last updated' date at the top will be updated.
